What is Mt. Sinai Family?

Mt. Sinai Family is a private union of baptised charismatic lay men/women of
various backgrounds, cultures and nationalities brought together by a common goal
of passionately serving God and the Church through different ministries? It was
founded by seminarian Stephen Kakande on 20 th February 2014 at Kiwamirembe
Uganda.

MT. SINAI FAMILY encourages and provides the opportunity for lay people to
maximize their gifts for the glory of God and His Kingdom according to Gods will and
purpose for their lives.

Currently we are actively involved in the following ministries:-

1. Healing and Deliverance. We conduct Healing and Deliverance Prayer
Services at both local and International levels. We journey with believers and
none believers towards experiencing a personal encounter encounter of the
healing power and lasting freedom in Christ Jesus.

2. Writing and Publication Ministry (Production of Inspirational and
Spiritual Books) WE spread the word of God through printed materials. We
have so far produced a good number of books authored by our Founder and
Director Seminarian Stephen Kakande CSSp.—which many people have
testified to be very practical, revealing, inspiring, informative and motivating;
leaving no doubt that they surely work!

3. Preaching: We preach the word of God in both small and large groups, in
Catholic Charismatic Crusades, Conferences, Popular Missions etc...

4. Radio Programmes: We spread the word of God through Radio
Programmes

5. Vocation animation and Promotion: we are committed and devoted to
praying for vocations in the Church, praying for seminarians, priests,
Cathechists and the religious. Part of the funds collected from the sell of our
books goes to support Church activities, seminarians and vocation animation
and promotion activities.

6. Intercession Ministry - Members meet once a month for prayers and also
pray individually specific prayers on daily basis for different petitions. WE
pray and intercede for people in desperate and difficult situations and peace
all over the world.

7. Pastoral Counselling, Guidance and Spiritual: WE journey with people
who find themselves in problematic situations.

8. Economic empowerment and leadership skills training.
9. Other ministries appropriate for evangelisation.

Through these ministries, Mt. Sinai Family has put forth a profound fruitful
response to the dynamics of New Evangelisation and Mission today.
